My card is expiring or declined. How do I Update my Payment Information?

It is very important that your card on file is up-to-date and always has sufficient funds. 

If the card has been declined due to insufficient funds, the accounts will stop running.

Please note that every time the campaigns stop, the algorithm of the ads being optimised will be reset on the Google and Facebook platform. This can seriously affect the performance of the campaigns, such as quality scores, Ad history, which drives up the cost per click which in turn increases the costs of the enquiries. So, for the performance of the campaigns, it is important there are funds for the ad budget each month.

You could just top up the card and ensure it is funded during the month, however, we usually find it is best to add a secondary card as a backup to your account.

What happens when my campaigns stop due to billing issues?

Because there are still ongoing costs to keep your campaigns on pause, you will still be billed $5 per day to cover part of these costs. 

If the campaigns are paused for any amount of time, this will be added to the contract term.
