Why is there a 4-month contract for Advertising?

While advertising clicks and results begin to accumulate as soon as the campaigns go live, as with SEO, the best results are seen over time. We do not want clients to advertise unless they are comfortable with the idea of including an advertising investment as a part of their long-term marketing plan.

Results viewed through the lens of a short time frame can often paint a deceiving picture. However, over the course of 4-6 months, clients experience tangible results because the sample size is large enough to accurately assess the value and impact of the campaigns on their practice. While our campaigns are proven and work all over Australia, each area is different and the campaigns need to be optimised for that region and its demographic.


What happens if I want to cancel?

If you wish to cancel before the month contract period is up, you will need to pay out the remainder of your contract term. The remaining days will be billed at a rate of $70 per day.  

All cancellation requests must be submitted via the Request to Cancel form: https://dentalmarketingaustralia.typeform.com/to/eGMpFz.

After you have sent your request to cancel, and you’ve received a cancellation confirmation email, our Off-Boarding Team will begin the deactivation process. On the "effective date" of cancellation, DMA will pause all campaigns, release all tracking numbers, unpublish all landing pages and your data will be removed from the reporting dashboard. Please make sure you download any reports you require prior to the cancellation date. 

All monies owed to DMA will be due immediately and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file. We reserve the right to turn all delinquent accounts over to a third-party collections agency as well as report the delinquency to all applicable agencies (credit reporting agencies, etc.)

A $250 reactivation fee will apply if the campaigns are re-activated in the future

What is your 30-day money-back guarantee?

If you are not happy with the results of the campaign you may cancel within the first 30 days from the initial setup fee payment date made, and receive a full refund of all fees paid for that period.


Can I reduce my Advertising Budget?

Yes, although the advertising budget is flexible, we require a minimum budget of $2000 per month to allow the advertising campaigns to run effectively.
