How To Report a Bug or Issue?

When you find something that may not be working as expected on the landing pages or Reporting Dashboard, please document the steps taken that led you to the discovered issue. If possible, take screenshots because this will be incredibly helpful for us when troubleshooting the issue. Please also note the browser you are using and whether you found the issue on a mobile device or desktop computer.
Please email to report the issue. A team member will validate the issue and work with you to find a resolution. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We strive to resolve most support requests within 1-3 business days. Resolution is on a case by case basis dependent on severity. We will email you once the issue has been resolved.
