How do I complete a Test Call or Form Enquiry?

Before we launch your campaigns, we complete several tests to make sure that all calls and any form enquiries go through to your reception phone and email inbox. 

During this phase, we will also ask your Practice Manager or reception to complete a test call as well as a test form enquiry to ensure you are receiving the enquiries in your inbox and that your reception is familiar with them.


How to complete a test Form Enquiry: 

Step 1: Open any one of the landing pages which would have been emailed to your practice (look for subject line: Time to Review your Landing Pages) 

  • Enter "TEST" as the Full Name 
  • Enter the Practice Email 
  • Enter a phone number you can receive calls to, but not the reception number.
  • Click the Book Appointment button 

Step 2: Check your Practice inbox. You will receive an enquiry email from dma@calltrackingapp.com, with the subject: New [Type of Patient/Specific Campaign] Patient Enquiry. If not, check your Spam folder and mark it as NOT spam

Step 3: Within a few minutes your practice will receive an automated phone call, answer it and press any key to accept the call. The number you entered into the web form will receive a phone call, say hi to yourself :-)

How to complete a test Call: 

Step 1: Open any one of the landing pages which would have been emailed to your practice (look for subject line: Time to Review your Landing Pages) 

Step 2: Call the number displayed on the landing page using a phone other than the reception phone. You can find the number in the header or footer of each landing page. 

Step 3:  Your practice will receive an automated phone call, answer it and press any key to accept the call. Say hi to yourself :-)
