How do I use Zoom?
We value client communication and support. Using Zoom allows us to have a more personal relationship with you & your team. We'll share our screen to show you important data, documents, and most importantly, conduct demonstrations on the many tools we have for your practice, such as the CRM.
Zoom is very easy to use, but if it's your first time, we understand it can be a bit daunting. Rest assured, we're here to help you so that joining your next meeting with us will be carefree.
Once a call has been booked in with us, whether you've booked in for a 20min Support Call, or we've gone ahead and scheduled your Monthly Performance Calls, you will automatically receive an email notification with your Zoom meeting details.

There are a few ways you can join the meeting:
- Download the Zoom desktop or mobile application (Recommended).
- From your computer, tablet or smartphone using a web browser such as Safari or Chrome.
- Dial into the meeting using your phone and one of the numbers listed in the notification.

OPTION 2: If you're unable to use the Zoom app, you can join a meeting using a web browser. Simply click on the Zoom Meeting link in your email notification, and a new tab will open in your web browser. Click Cancel and then click on the join from browser instructions link. Follow the simple instructions.
OPTION 3: If you don't have access to a computer and wish to join the meeting by calling in, please use any of the following toll-free and secured numbers:

Once you have connected, enter in the Meeting ID provided in the Email Notification.
What do I do if I'm early and the Host (Dental Marketing Australia) hasn't joined the meeting yet?
If you arrive early to the meeting and you're unable to join because we haven't started yet, please sit tight. We'll be right with you. While you're waiting, please make sure you have reviewed all of the material we have sent over email to prepare yourself and your team for our scheduled call.
If we're over 10 minutes late, we might be experiencing some technical difficulties, which at that point, we may call you using the phone number you provided when you booked the call.
How do I add more Staff to the Zoom meeting?
We encourage you to have other staff present during our meetings, especially your Practice Manager or Key Receptionist if we are having one of our Monthly Performance Calls.
The best practice is to simply have your team all in one room and to be using the same computer.
However, if you have a team member that will be joining from a different location, you can Add Guests while you are scheduling in for a 20min Support Call or Kick-Off Call. Enter in their email, and they too will receive an Email Notification for the Zoom Meeting.
