How do I prepare for my Kick-Off Call?

The Kick-Off Call is the first step once you've signed on. During the call, your Dental Marketing Expert will give you a quick demonstration on how to use the CRM, discuss the next steps and what to expect over the next coming months. This is your time to ask our Expert any questions you may have with your campaigns. 

Your Dental Marketing Expert will host the call on Zoom, which will take approximately 45 minutes. All of your staff members involved in the success of your campaigns — including the practice owner, practice manager, and any lead receptionists — should attend the call.

Here’s how to prepare to ensure a successful Kick-Off Call.

1. Designate a Single Point-of-Contact

Before the Kick-Off Call, designate a single point-of-contact at your practice. In order for us to work together effectively, and eliminate communication issues, it is best to appoint ONE contact at the practice that will handle all communication with DMA. They will also be responsible for approving content, changes to the campaigns, ads, and more.

2. Set Up Zoom 

At Dental Marketing Australia, we value client communication and support. Using Zoom allows us to have a more personal relationship with you & your team. We'll share our screen to show you important data, documents, and most importantly, conduct demonstrations on the many tools we have for your practice, such as the Marketing Dashboard. 3. Gather Your Team in a Private, Quiet Place for the Kick-Off Call

Your Kick-Off Call should be held within three business days of signing on. Please ensure all staff members who will be involved in the call are available to attend.

When it comes time for your call, gather your team in a private location that is free from distraction.
